Delivery time for orders placed on Designer Piece depends on the availability of the merchandise at the vendor’s store and the shipping option you choose. Shipping and delivery date estimates will appear during the checkout process. A confirmation of the shipping and delivery dates is presented to you upon placing your order.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs for orders placed on Designer Piece depend on the size, weight, and dimensions of your merchandise and the delivery option you choose during the checkout process. Shipping cost estimates for your merchandise will appear during the checkout process. All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound in accordance with the policies of the shipping companies involved. The consumer is responsible for all taxes and duties wherever applicable.
Shipment Tracking
Limited shipment tracking is currently available for products purchased on Designer Piece. The status of the shipment can be checked under the “My Wardrobe” link within your account. The shipment method and carrier for your purchased merchandise is listed under your account and also in your shipment confirmation e-mail.
